Rolvisin, the predecessor of the RVR Group, was founded in 1996 in Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany. Designed to provide reliability, customization and cost-effective bearing products for small and medium-sized industrial enterprises to meet the specific needs of users in demanding environments and reduce costs.

In 1997, Rolvisin Group, in accordance with user requirements and in close cooperation with rail transit manufacturers and operators, developed and produced some special thrust roller bearings for the new SZ S100 train, thus opening up the in-depth exploration and great investment of RVR bearings in the field of rail transportation

Around the 21st century, industrial technology emerges endlessly. In 2018,  Rolvisin Group reached a strategic partnership agreement with Nausithoos International Holding Group to establish RVR Group to be responsible for the bearing business. Dozens of bearing brands of the original two companies will be cancelled, and RVR will be unified as the global label of the corporate brand.
